To ensure a safe, comfortable, and happy stay, we ask that pet owners provide the following information before booking:

Health & Safety

  • Is your pet fully vaccinated?

  • Any medical conditions or special needs?

  • Current medications (if applicable)

Behavior & Socialization

  • Does your dog get along with other dogs?

  • How do they do with new people?

  • Any known fears, anxieties, or triggers?

The more we know about your pet, the better we can tailor their care and make their stay feel like home.

Daily Routine

  • Feeding schedule and portion sizes

  • Treats allowed (yes/no)

  • Walk and exercise preferences

  • Are they crate trained? (If applicable)

Comfort & Personality

  • Does your pet have a favorite comfort item (toy, blanket, bed)?

  • Sleeping preferences

  • Anything that helps them feel safe and relaxed

Emergency Information

  • Veterinarian name and contact information

  • Emergency contact while you’re away
