Deposits

  • A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • The deposit amount will be applied toward the total cost of your stay.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

PAYMENTS

  • Remaining balance is due prior to or at drop-off unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellation Policy

  • We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting our limited availability.

  • Cancellations made 3 or more days prior to the start of the booking will forfeit the non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 1–2 days of the booking start date will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the booking cost.

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
